Deposits are due an week before the clinic start date. A $20 late fee will apply after that.

**The remaining balance is due a week before the clinic start date. You will receive a text with more information in a clinic group text message.

**No refunds be given back after the remaining balance due date.

We reserve the right to change the clinic location and time due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The location will never be farther than an hour from the original clinic location.

 If the new location is further than an hour distance from the original clinic location then we will allow deposit refunds.

We take a limited number of students at every clinic.
